MAUREEN DAWSON

Maureen Dawson, founder of The Dawson Home Team, has provided exceptional service to her real estate clients since becoming a Virginia-licensed REALTOR in 1998. A resident of Northern Virginia for over 40 years, Maureen's intimate knowledge of the Northern Virginia Market is exceptional. Most appreciated by her clients is Maureen’s constant and unrelenting focus on their needs and her skillful ability to negotiate and achieve the utmost value on their behalf.

Maureen is committed to constantly seeking better ways to serve her clients which universally appreciate her experience and detailed approach to achieving their goals. Maureen and her husband, Joe, came to Northern Virginia as newlyweds and have raised two wonderful daughters both now living and working in Washington, DC.

Maureen and Joe have lived in the Franklin Farm community in the Oak Hill section of Northern Virginia for 30 years.

JOE DAWSON

Joe Dawson joined his wife, Maureen, in 2018 to form The Dawson Home Team of Realtors serving Northern Virginia. Joe brings his experience of 25 years as a senior executive leading sales and marketing organizations for IT and professional services companies serving the federal government.

A 35 year resident of northern Virginia, Joe was raised in Massachusetts, graduated from Boston College, and served as a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps. After his military service, Joe entered the IT industry where he met Maureen. In the ensuing 37 years, Joe and Maureen built a life and a family together in northern Virginia. With their two daughters raised and pursuing their own careers, Joe has joined Maureen, combining their talents and experience to further develop the real estate business she has built over 25 years. Together, Joe and Maureen are “The Dawson Home Team” where their individual talents and skills are combined and dedicated to delivering extraordinary service to their clients.
